Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases from 438CARDS LTD ("we", "us"), registered in England & Wales, company no. 17238605. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order.
• We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced) and will refund any payment taken.
• All items are subject to availability; stock is limited and sold on a first-come basis.

Prices & payment

• Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout.
• Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe.

Delivery, cancellations & returns

See our Shipping & Returns policy. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Live breaks

Spots bought in a live break are governed by our Break Policy and are non-refundable.

International orders — customs & import charges

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are imposed by the country of destination (or collected by the carrier on its behalf) once the parcel arrives, are outside our control, and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. 438CARDS LTD is not responsible for any customs charges or duty fees; they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's import rules and charges before ordering. If a parcel is returned or abandoned because such charges were not paid, any refund may be reduced by the costs we incur.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you order.
