We post worldwide

Most of our orders leave the UK, but a good chunk of them do not stay here. If you are collecting from Dublin, Dortmund or Denver, the process is the same — we just need a bit more information and a bit more patience on timings.

This post covers how international orders work. Customs and import charges are a separate subject with their own rules, so we have given those their own post.

The three shipping zones

Your delivery address puts you in one of three zones at checkout:

• UK — everything within the United Kingdom.
• Europe — EU member states plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
• Rest of world — the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UAE, South Africa and more.

Every zone ships tracked. We do not offer an untracked option abroad, because a card worth more than the postage should never travel without a number attached to it.

What you pay, and why

International shipping is priced by zone, then a small handling fee is added based on how many cards are in the order — one or two cards need less protection than a stack of five.

That handling fee is not a margin grab. A thicker parcel needs a bigger rigid mailer, more top-loaders and more packing time, and getting that wrong is how cards arrive bent.

One thing worth being clear about: the shipping you pay us is postage only. It does not include any import taxes or duties charged by your own country. Those are set by your government, not by us, and they are collected when the parcel arrives. Again — we have explained that properly here.

How we pack for a longer journey

The basics are the same as our UK packing process: penny sleeve, top-loader or card saver, team bag, rigid water-resistant mailer.

For international parcels we lean harder on the protection, because the parcel will be handled by more people, sit in more depots and cross at least one border. Anything of real value gets extra rigid protection and is packed so it cannot shift inside the mailer.

Realistic delivery times

We will not quote you a number we cannot stand behind. International delivery time depends on the destination, the carrier and — the big variable — how long the parcel sits in customs clearance. That last part is genuinely outside anyone''s control, and it is the difference between a parcel arriving in four days and the same route taking three weeks.

What we will promise is this:

• We dispatch promptly once your order or break winnings are confirmed.
• You get a tracking number every time.
• The tracking is the source of truth. If it has not moved in a while, it is almost always sitting in clearance.

Combining orders

If you win cards across several breaks, or buy multiple singles, ask us to combine them. One parcel means one lot of postage and one customs interaction instead of several — which on international orders can save you considerably more than the postage itself.

Our offers system already works this way: offer on as many singles as you like and you pay one combined postage.

If something goes wrong

Parcels do occasionally go astray. If your tracking has genuinely stalled or the parcel arrives damaged, get in touch with your order number and photos where relevant. We would rather sort it out than have you sat there wondering.
